      I am a Vice President working within the Strategic Initiatives Office to advance the technology strategy and transformation agenda of our team by providing execution oversight of cross-functional, high risk and high impact initiatives across the organisation. Show less Operational support:Ensure that issues/problems as they are raised, assess issues for severity, troubleshoot proactively and notify key stakeholders, focus on service impact and timely resolution of critical investment system issues, remediate issues by coordinating between the Business, Relationship Management, developers and technicians, escalate outages and manage the outage until services is restored, coordinating the restoration of service.Incident Management:Ensuring issues are raised for incident management follow up, identifying the procedural and technical follow ups required, represent issues daily on incident management meetings to ensure the appropriate actions are defined, documented and followed up to closure.Change Management:Participate in the software and hardware change management process, ensure teams follow the appropriate change management procedures, coordination of changes during change windows.Project Management:Manage the build and delivery of client environments and managing the planning and implementation of system enhancements and implementations. Disaster Recovery:Participate in disaster recovery testing, coordinate disaster recovery tests, managing the recovery efforts of operational teams, follow up on open issues discovered in Disaster Recovery testing in post mortem reviews until issues are remediated.Management:Hiring staff, supporting staff members so they can develop and reach their potential, setting goals and challenges from them to reach beyond their current grasp, recognising and rewarding my staff's accomplishments, holding staff members accountable for not meeting expected performance or behavior standards.
