      - Analyze trends and influences in media landscape to strategize, develop and optimize paid media plans, broaden the customer base and drive multi-channel traffic. - Ensure customer-first approach by serving as cross-functional partner to external agency and marketing team to provide guidance on the media mix and results.- Plan and execute paid media tactics and manage budgets for campaigns with a wide range of budgets. - Execute and activate partnerships to increase awareness and engagement with the IKEA brand. Notable partnerships include Vox Media, Washington Post, Hearst, Pinterest, Roku, and National Geographic.- Project lead for the IKEA Home Tour project, which drove impressive business results and was featured in Think by Google's 2018 YouTube Wrap.- Workgroup lead for 2019 IKEA Catalog project. Strategized, developed and executed new approach to democratizing the IKEA Catalog. Tactics included OOH, pop-up events, and buzz-worthy digital activations. Campaign achieved a Gold Internationalist Award for Innovation in Media. - Panel speaker, representing the IKEA Catalog campaign and Pinterest generator project at the 2019 Paid Social Media Summit in NYC; Marketing in the Digital Age at the Drexel American Marketing Association Speaker Series. Show less - Led the development of broadcast, print, digital, social and direct response advertising campaigns, including the creative development and post-campaign analysis of National TV spots, magazine ads, OOH ads, digital flyers, landing experiences, radio ads, and social media content.- Launched 2017 IKEA ASMR Series “Oddly IKEA”, which generated over 88 million organic impressions in the first week it launched, was viewed more than 2.8 million times, and received several awards including a Caples Award for branded content and DMA ECHO Award for retail & direct sales, and recognition on NewsCred’s Global Top 50 Best Content Marketing.- Led Social Media content development and distribution of tactical plan as well as content input, review, and publication process. Two notable social initiatives include:1. 2017 April Fools’ day package, which garnered over 11 million impressions, was featured in AdWeek, and was named a finalist in The Drum Social Buzz Awards for Best Social Stunt.2. 2017 Back to College Campaign, influencer integration with Eko/Fullscreen and SuperFruit leading to a first-of-its kind interactive video ad integration with Snapchat. The success and innovation of this campaign resulted in a 2018 Shorty Award for SnapChat Partnership and Internationalist Award for Innovation in Media.- Managed the production and budget of four national TV spots. - Ensured integrated communications through cross-functional partnerships with marketing, sales, web, stores and external agencies.
