  What is HomeGym?Home Gym is a personal training service in your own home. Many people would like to be fitter, healthier or just better able to cope with the pains and strains of everyday life and work. But not everyone wants to spend hours in a Gym. That's where HomeGym comes in. We bring the Gym to you. We have a range of fitness equipment designed to build strength, burn calories and develop the skills and movement patterns to help you get better at coping with life.Who is HomeGym?Jim Bassett is an REP registered Level 2 & 3 gym instructor, personal trainer and nutritional advisor. Jim was an 18.5st Computer Programmer when, in 2009, he helped Marshall at the Parish Walk. Inspired by the sight of so many people from so many walks of life pushing themselves up the Sloc through hail and rain he decided to get fitter. He started by just walking up and down Douglas prom in his lunchtimes. Two years later (and quite a few stone lighter) he completed the Parish Walk in 37th place. Today Jim runs off-road Marathons, fell races, swims, Mountain Bikes, plays football and wants to inspire others to kick-off the small changes needed to get fitter and healthier. Show less
