  As a shift lead, I am a daily manager with tasks and normal functions of the space. Making sure the throwing lanes and the other employees know the plan of attack for the day. As a coach, I am in charge of safety and fun while customers are throwing axes, teaching them the correct technique, and facilitating the party or gathering they are having. As a bartender, I must be able to serve drinks in a timely manner and to be knowledgable about our selection to better help our guests.
