  At my time working for Witteveen+Bos I was mainly involved with geotechnical consultancy. The geotechnical solutions included retaining walls, land reclamations, settlement studies and stability analysis. Furthermore I was specialist in the field of dredging technology and geotechnical surveys. Responsible for two major geotechnical surveys at the North Caspian Sea in Kazakhstan. I guided the full geotechnical surveys, from writing the Scope of Work and supervising the survey team at site till interpretation of the geotechnical laboratory tests. Logistics study of the transportation of coal from two coalmines in South Kalimantan to the Java sea. Different transport modes have been investigated, including hydraulic transport of coal.

  Tender Manager for dredging and infrastructure projects world wide, with focus on preserve and expand projects. Responsible for the technical feasibility and costs estimating of the tenders. Responsible for setting up the Geotechnical Site Team for the Fehmarnbelt Fixed Link project. Main tasks of the site team included, procurement of required equipment, hire and train local staff, assess the compliance of geotechnical contract requirements and development of the interpretation procedures. Works Manager for a major soil investigation campaign for the Fehmarnbelt Fixed Link project. The geotechnical investigation involved the deployment of a DP-vessel on deep water and a Jack-Up barge in nearshore area. Package Manager for the soil data package at Baltic2 offshore wind farm in Poland. Responsible for the offshore and onshore soil investigation as well as for the preliminary geotechnical design. As Geotechnical Engineer involved in the orange team for the Fehmarnbelt Fixed Link project. The task of the orange team was to assess and possibly optimize six items from the tender design. As Project Engineer responsible for design and construction of a haul road and a cofferdam barge dock.
