  As digital ambassadors, we were tasked with expanding our technical knowledge and skills. We would then apply these skills by planning and running workshops for people who are not as digitally literate to be successful in the modern world. We also created a learning course that covers common resources available on the web, such as Google apps, school related applications, and more.

  I got to shadow some of the great people at Cisco to better understand what work they do, as well as how they got there. It was really informative to learn about the different roles at the company and how they impact the real world.

  Developed an end-to-end streamlined workflow timeline that displays the journey of a device traded in by a customer.• Created a base tool that can be used as a template for any future projects, currently being repurposed to be ready to be public facing. Created API endpoints that queried the DB to get the relevant information and properly utilize it in the frontend to display a clean timeline view.
