As a manager he has organized a schedule of events for the livelihood of the guests and potential members including entertainment parties, a new employee schedule, and swim team competitions.   Matthew worked with the Ventnor Business Association as a marketing intern where he created engaging and interactive content material for their many platforms and assisted in the day-to-day operations. On the “Discover Ventnor” application and the VBA website, he updated the VBA's town business information, event calendar, created social media posts for Instagram and Facebook, and maintained membership information. He communicated to business owners of Ventnor, New Jersey directly to promote collaboration in the VBA's town events. He implemented a "Countdown to Small-Business Weekend" social media campaign highlighting a Ventnor City business everyday through November until Small-Business Saturday. Show less
