      In view of India’s commitment to the 2030 Agenda, Haryana too set ambitious targets for itself for achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) within the state and has already formulated its SDG Vison 2030 document. To implement the ambitious targets set for itself in SDG VISION 2030, the Government of Haryana partnered with UNDP to establish an SDG Coordination Centre (SDGCC) under the aegis of Swarna Jayanti Haryana Institute for Fiscal Management (SJHIFM) as part of the State Finance and Planning Department. The services of a Project Assistant were required to support project planning and implementation of project management activities to ensure smooth functioning of the SDGCC.1. Provide coordination support like fixing of meetings with key officials/nodal officers, drafting minutes and ensuring follow-ups2. Ensure timely processing of payments to consultants and vendors in coordination with the UNDP Country Office3. Organize and coordinate meetings, training, workshops and make travel arrangements as needed4. Work closely with UNDP County office teams like Strategic Planning Unit, Finance, Procurement etc for all operational issues5. Monitor tenure of contracts and deliverables and raise requests for amendments and extensions6. Co-ordinate with vendors and external stakeholders to ensure timely submission of required outputs/deliverables7.
