The services of a Project Assistant were required to support project planning and implementation of project management activities to ensure smooth functioning of the SDGCC.1. Provide coordination support like fixing of meetings with key officials/nodal officers, drafting minutes and ensuring follow-ups2. Ensure timely processing of payments to consultants and vendors in coordination with the UNDP Country Office3. Organize and coordinate meetings, training, workshops and make travel arrangements as needed4. Work closely with UNDP County office teams like Strategic Planning Unit, Finance, Procurement etc for all operational issues5. Monitor tenure of contracts and deliverables and raise requests for amendments and extensions6.
