The summary of these CRM statistics must be added into ODE’s monthly report template.ODE’s monthly report template and submitted on ODE’s OneDrive by no later than the 5th working day of the following month. Update data includesCRM statistics for total calls logged, lamp hours usage, client compliments, room checks, escalations and spares list to ensure OMEGA can keep the correct spares onsite to carryout basic service repairs.Always save a copy of the current SLA maintenance report list to ensure I have an accurate and detailed equipment list of the operational status of all SLA venues covered.
