      I was involved with the testing the implementation of Sales Cloud from scratch. Factset had its own internal CRM system which had its own problems like scalability, performance degradation and adding new features was quite a task and many more. With all these issues, my company decided to move to Salesforce as their go to CRM application. I was involved with integration testing making sure all the values in legacy crm system were syncing with Salesforce fields in different objects like Accounts, contact, opportunites etc. The other part was the functional testing where the inter relation between accounts, contact, opportunites or with any other custom object were working fine. Apart from this, I've intermediate experience in using selenium with java for checking the existence of all the required fields of different objects, look up relationships, and the verification of values set for the fields. I've also worked on testing an order management system and testing the tickers between the staging and production. This was called server testing. Show less

      At Salesforce, I was hired as QA specialist for customer success team. I have worked on the following projects which are in brief: 1. Automating the content for different products across different languages using google sheet api which reduced tons of hours in UAT and post deployement.3. Functional testing for different entitlements across different products.4. Working closely with BA's and developers who are spread across different teams from understanding the requirements till post release testing. 5. Working on compliance and privacy customer 360 project which is related to the communications preference for leads and contacts. 6.
