  Inform Surface Production Facilities Engineering team about materials engineering aspects (Materials properties, materials selection, corrosion rate and its control, etc) as one of our consideration when perform engineering works.Prepare Project Summary (Include Engineering documents) and Authorized For Expenditure (AFE) documents for Surface Production Facilities Project such as Well Hook-Up Project, Separators, Tank, Engineering Study, etc. Prepare materials requisition (such as Pipes, Valves, fittings, Vessel, etc) & its technical evaluation.Perform Placed Into Service (PIS) and report it to SKKMIGAS as one of Cost recovery procedure. Prepare AFE Closed Out meeting with SKKMIGAS.Monitor all projects which are related to AFE Facilities Engineering Department & report it to SKKMIGAS every three months. Result: SKKMIGAS is well informed about our project and its problem & SKKMIGAS give advice to us in order to comply with Government regulation.Conduct HAZOP Study for All Oil Surface Facilities at Jabung Block. Detail Job Descriptions : Supervise consultant jobs, prepare technical document (As-built P&ID, Lay out, Cause & Effect Diagram, etc), coordinate with involve department, arrange HAZOPS discussion, prepare the final report.Review P&ID for Well hook-up, separator, degassing boot, and tanks.Prepare Engineering and Bid document for Fire Fighting Installation at South West Betara and West Betara Plant.Perform Technical Evaluation for Rental and New purchased separator.Conduct FAT for Pressure Vessel.Coordinate and supervise Inspection Service Company to Prepare Certification for Pipeline and Pressure Vessel.
