  I worked with a small test engineering team on HPC (High Performance Computing) systems. In this role I am responsible for Installation and Software/Firmware upgrades on customer specific ClusterStor File Systems in 19" rack enclosures.Key Responsibilities:• Performing ClusterStor installations and high level testing within tight production timescales• Performing upgrades in conjunction with engineering development.• Regularly validating and testing of Netgear/Mellanox/Arista/Dell switches• Providing weekly status of systems under test to operational management in production meetings• Knowledge of raising SAP / JIRA Deployment tickets for ClusterStor systems• Performing failure analysis and record keeping of defective functionality to root cause with communication to Engineering to identify and ensure corrective action• Comprehensive Operating System knowledge (Linux, Windows, Lustre)• Understand and employ fundamental HPC server, network, and storage related technologies and techniques including computer clusters, file systems, device drivers, Infiniband (IB), Storage Area Networks (SAN), Ethernet networks.• Firmware/Software Upgrades/Downgrades.• Testing of FRU’s(Field Replacement Unit) for Warranty and ClusterStor.
