The company offered dial-up access to its physical and corporate customers, in addition to hosting web sites and some additional services of infrastructure.❏ I was hired to work on a scale in the company's Technical Support, being able to consolidate and expand knowledge in hardware, software and networks in the face of the opportunity to try and support various technologies such as Windows 95, 98, ME, XP, 2000 Server, NT, Private links with backbones, elaboration of technical procedures and others.❏ With a constant desire for learning and pursuit, I had the privilege of being the substitute for the sector's supervisors, demonstrating responsibility and confidence. With this charge, he automatically helped other analysts, answered technical and administrative questions from the entire Technical Support sector.❏ Ready to live new challenges and experiences, I asked to leave the company with the feeling of accomplishment, since I was able to win a lot of praise from customers, confidence from supervisors and establish my bases and technical foundations.       ❏ After the purchase of .comDominio by Alog DataCenters do Brasil (currently Equinix), the Technical Support staff needed to be expanded. A data center with many demands and challenges, structuring all areas and gaining a very fast market.❐ I remember sending my resume to a position where I had the profile and I was selected to be interviewed. Before I started, I had already received my first promotion for qualifications and experiences. From Technical Support I was promoted to the Hosting Management area and finally, promoted to Activation (provisioning).❑ As Technical Support, the main duties were to support / support customers - all corporate - in network demands (links, VPN, web and application servers, database, etc.). In Hosting Management, the role was to maintain the environments, implementing improvements, correcting vulnerabilities and generating service level reports. In the Activation sector, he validated the projects sent by the commercial area and implemented them, confirming them with customers, carried out migrations, documentation and monitoring pointers. During the period when I worked at Alog, the experience of activating, maintaining and supporting environments from small to large was very useful, an excellent school!❒ As a large company, I was able to receive incentives for Microsoft messaging courses, I won a SQL Server course as a prize and it was the period when I acquired knowledge about Linux. I had direct contact with: storages, backup robots, hardware, Dell servers, fiber optics and others.❏ During this journey, I passed Microsoft certification exams and experimented with technologies from Cisco and Linux distro, Virtual Environments. I worked on important projects such as the entire backup infrastructure of the Pan-American and Parapan games, Web Infrastructure for the largest state-owned company in the area of ​​oil, networks and e-mail for large engineering companies.       ❏ Proativa Logística Aérea, as the name suggests, is a logistics company with an emphasis on freight forwarding and offers a range of services, always customized to its customers. Developing a solid IT infrastructure turned out to be a vital requirement to support all departments and processes.❐ I was hired to undertake all the technological management of the network (physical and virtual), telephony, security, infrastructure, servers, software licensing and the technical support team of all branches (Rio de Janeiro, São Paulo and Manaus).❑ I had as main duties the establishment of routines, procedures, documentation of all sites, maintenance and monitoring of the interconnectivity between them, management and maintenance of all servers (Active Directory, Database, Application, WEB, File Server, Mail , Backup, Firewall, Proxy) of the environment, development of security policies. High availability was at the top of my challenges!❒ Regularly made visits to the company's branches in other states to implement improvements, adjust technical teams, negotiate with service providers and review the entire physical and operational infrastructure.❏ I led a project in 2011 in which it was possible to achieve about 47% cost reduction in IT services. After a thorough analysis, I proposed new implementations and services as a solution, however, following the premise that there will be no operational stoppages or any other types of damage to the quality of the technology services previously established.❐ Other important projects were the physical changes in the location of the company's branch offices. It was my responsibility to manage the entire schedule and actions to ensure the shortest downtime and the leanest budget possible in the "turns" where planning and executing every detail was extremely important for the success of the migration.
