  I was the European Parts Quality manager in the IBM supply chain organization (EMEA Spare Parts Operation) and led a team of five people in four European countries. My main responsibility was to monitor, improve and ensure the required quality levels of the spare parts managed in the IBM supply chain.In 2007, in addition to this European role, I managed a global program to redesign the global parts quality management organization and management system, based on the European model. I successfully led a global, high-performing team which I attribute to my strong communication skills and cooperative leadership style.
