Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Leading biweekly staff meetings and one-on-one meetings with RAs, ensuring completion of programs and administrative tasks required by Hope College Residential Life, and managing of a neighborhood budget, housing paperwork, attendance and away forms of staff members. Coordinator of conferences, events, and weddings that occur on the Hope College campus during the summer months. Collaborated with a variety of campus offices to fulfill needs of each event. Managed all lodging, meals, transportation and other needs while also serving as chief problem-solver of each event.
