  In my role as Senior Manager of Corporate Communications and Marketing at Atlas Air, I led both external and internal communications programs, delivering engaging messaging across various channels. I advised leadership on strategic messaging tailored to diverse audiences and managed the development of a crisis communications plan, while also organizing town hall meetings and leadership visits. Additionally, I was the content manager for our websites, social media platforms and intranet.I collaborated closely with the Investor Relations Team to produce annual reports, presentations, fact sheets, earnings releases and scripts. I coordinated shareholders' meetings and investor days and played a key role in redesigning our investor website.For media relations, I actively sought media opportunities, facilitated article submissions, and organized speaking engagements and press conferences with partners and influencers. I crafted crisis communications statements and managed media relations during aircraft incidents and other reputational challenges.In marketing communications, I executed annual B2B global promotional marketing plans and regional campaigns across digital platforms and print.
