  Scope of work;1- CPF constrcution ( one at REG & One at HMN site)2- 63KM of pieliene 24" including BV's Mission:- Participate in the commercial development and negotiation phases of the project if necessary, including strategy development, identification of risks and opportunities and support in trade negotiations.- Ensure the follow-up of the project by taking care of the three essential parameters in the realization namely: Cost, deadlines and quality.- Assume full responsibility for the execution of the project, during the phases of mobilization and construction.- Develop and implement a project execution strategy in compliance with contractual, financial and timeframe objectives.- Establish and manage the organization and project team including consortium agreements with external parties, other entities involved in the project and functions and product lines.- Manage the risks and opportunities identified by putting in place appropriate action plans in order to improve the project's profitability.- Manage in coordination with the site the aspects Quality, Environment, Safety, Health and Safety of the project (HSSE).- Monitor the implementation of project-specific procedures and guidelines.- Develop and manage the relationship with the client.- Preparation of synthese of the project to get lessons learned Show less
