In addition the site's average Total Case Incident Rate (for the most recent three years) (1.56) must be 10% or more (50.8) below the most current national average Total Case Incident Rate for the industry-specific North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) as published by the Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) (3.1).
