  ▪ Provides process time estimation to the process team by preparing SoE (chronology) by using the MOST method. Select appropriate tool types and define the assembly process.▪ Ensure the availability of the manpower required for the production on daily basis.▪ By designing a new workstation architecture, we were able to increase production efficiency while reducing cycle time and modify the layout of production lines and maintain the layout up to date. ▪ Reviews result during prototyping and trial runs and gives feedback to process team and sales team.▪ Recommends methods for improving worker efficiency and reducing waste of materials and utilities by reorganizing work flow, relocation work stations and equipment. ▪ Calculate and analyse the data of labour utilization, facility layout and cycle time and lead time of the production.▪ Prepare the documents such as process sheets, Job element sheet, and sequence diagram before SOP.▪ Initiate continuous improvement and participate in future car models development activities. ▪ Support initiatives to increase throughput, reduce cost and improve performance of the operator and assembly line.
