  The Business Relationship Manager (BRM) is a liaison between IT and the business. The BRM is the IT internal advisor for the management, being accountable for the overall IT service delivered.As functional BRM for Program Management I work with the Program Management Vice-President and directors and IT leadership team in defining and executing the best IT roadmap aligned with the PM strategy.After two business units combined into a single one in 2020 we consolidated the Product Development Process globally into a new standard, and we deployed the supporting tool based on SAP PPM to >30 sites globally in 2021. Show less As BorgWarner merged three business units into one, the engineering processes had to be consolidated and the IT tools and data harmonized. We deployed a common engineering release process supported by SAP Product Lifecycle Management. At each site I lead a cross-functional team with engineer and IT experts to complete the migration and implementation.Under my leadership we successfully implemented SAP-PLM in manufacturing plants and engineering technical centers in Spain, Portugal, India, Korea, Ireland, US, Germany and Brazil.
