  • Involved in the examination, development as well as testing of mechanical equipment and tools. Responsible for providing engineering support for workshop activities to ensure that components and equipment are maintained and refurbished correctly.• provide Product/Process Engineering, packing, and inline inspection processes for small caliber NATO standard ammunition (7.62 x51mm, 5.56 x 45mm).• EPVAT & another necessary testing of ammunition during production• Resource planning for the smooth running of the industry• Preventive and breakdown maintenance of especially ammunition production machines• CAD designing of parts, simulating, production scheduling, and monitoring of different kinds of tools, spare parts, dies production, and fabrication works.• Computer-aided manufacturing of mechanical parts• Graphic designing for engraving patterns• designing, estimating, scheduling, and production monitoring of different kinds of souvenir items: medals, badges, memento, khukuri, trophies, etc.• manpower planning for timely production & timely dispatch of goods demand.• cost-effective production and cost estimation of productions.• keeping the symbiotic relationship with other sections for achieving the factory's goals.• documentation, creating specifications, modeling, and catalog making.• updating appraisal, maintaining morale & motivation of personnel under his section.• undertaking coordination between factory management & section supervisor for achieving the targeted production in an optimal timeframe Show less
