  Created a relational data model for medical imaging video data that is used to train a neural network that classifies pathology in medical images. Also, aided in development of a pipeline built in python that extracts annotated video clips and stores their meta data in the relational data store, for use in training the model against specific tranches of clips. Author in a published article in Diagnostics.
