  As a licensed Clinical Therapist with extensive experience as a therapist (11 plus years) both in person and utilizing teletherapy, I have had the privilege of partnering with various mental health private practices to provide remote counseling services to clients in need. My passion for empowering individuals to achieve emotional well-being has led me to establish The Conscious Pearl, where I serve as CEO and Founder.At The Conscious Pearl, our mission is to support millennial black women and women of color on their journey towards self-discovery, growth, and healing. As a specialist in individual counseling and coaching, I have cultivated a unique approach that combines evidence-based practices with personalized care.In addition to teletherapy services, I offer wellness workshops designed to foster personal and professional growth. These workshops are tailored to individuals, groups, and employers, covering a range of topics such as emotional intelligence, conflict resolution, imposter syndrome, and self-care.
