  As a student athletic trainer at STU, my job was to attend every practice and game to assist athletes in injury prevention or rehabilitation. I mainly taped, stretched and consulted the athletes on my team. I worked with the athletes of the women's rugby team and the men's volleyball team. I was designated as the first responder in the case of an injury on the field/court.

  As a Physiotherapist, I assess and treat various conditions in clinic. I treat work injuries, motor vehicle injuries, sport injuries and everything from general aches and pains to post surgical rehabilitation as well as advising my clients on exercise habits. I use a variety of tools to treat patients including specific exercises, modalities, acupuncture, and manual therapy. My focus is on the whole person in order to help my clients live a happy and healthy lifestyle.
