  As a Scrum Master of the NICE Systems project (Israel) I've been building a Scrum team (6->7 members) and implementing Agile practices into development processes. I've been working with Product Managers and Product Owner on the team backlog and performing release planning. I've been taking active part into Cross-Groups Marketing features planning. Self learning and implementing various facilitating practices for all Scrum activities. Was involved into Product Area meetings with reporting team progress and issuing summary reports after the meeting for all Product Area domain. As the Technical Scrum Master i've been doing 50% of engineering work (QA testing). Show less As a CFT Lead for the NICE Systems project (Israel) I've been leading the team of 4 CFT engineers who worked with customer cases and consultations with different urgency and impact. Part of my work was to have close communication with Support and setting expectations to Support and Services team; providing weekly reports; monthly results presentations to Management stakeholders. Also as the Technical Scrum Master I've been implementing Agile approach to deliver small backlog of features with 4 CFT engineers as a Scrum Team. Also I've been acting as a QA engineers for preparation the testing Labs; create test plans and execute testing, reproducing Customer Cases and testing Hot Fixes before delivery. Show less
