      As the Process Lead and Quality Manager on the Unisys DIBP Transition Solution Architecture team, Nicholas led the reengineering of the Unisys delivery framework to meet new contractual requirements and ensure service levels were attainable. This included:• Contract analysis and gap assessment;• Identification of deliverables, dependencies and risks;• Reengineering of ITSM processes and procedures; • Coordination and leadership of technical service lines; • Solution design; and• Final review of all deliverables including technical procedures.As an ITSM SME, conducted an initial impact assessment Unisys services for the pending upgrade to HP Blueprint for Service Manager 9.32.As an ITSM SME, provided consultancy services to the DIAC CMS Project. The CMS project was responsible for the implementation of HP Service Manager 9 in the DIAC environment. Activities included: • A detailed assessment of DIAC IT Change Management capability;• Guidance and input into the development of the Service Management tool Business Requirements document; • Re-development of the DIAC IT Change Management Policy document; and• Re-engineered the DIAC IT Change Management Process and Procedures document.
