  Management of projects from inception to completion and everything in between.Pricing of variations, contract administration, budget forecasting and Labour allocation.Design of various switchboards as per project requirements and standards. Using AUTO Cad to complete circuit and cubical design of switchboards for types produced at Ladd Electric. I have completed some very complex boards for both Optus and Telstra, and was able to complete ATS changes myself which I found very satisfying to be able to see these projects end to end. I quoted the work myself, designed the board modifications and then flew to the sites around Australia to complete the site install.
