Middle of 2014, implemented dispatcher concept to overcome the wip balancing and successfully reduce the standby time from 0.4% to 0.05%.Currently involved in resist relocation project for better wip logistic which will improve the line throughput and to increase the MLPW to reduce coast and Fab dynamic FF.
