Implemented and managed a quota based maintenance program, leading 43 employees to reduce the organization’s overdue annual services from 192 to 0 within five months. I also worked closely with senior maintenance advisors to develop and continuously improve an in-depth cross-training instruction for employees focusing on fabrication and civilian vehicles in accordance with civilian industry standards; creating multi-functional employees capable of filling multiple operational roles.
