  Currently, my daily tasks involve managing and overseeing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring seamless sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates in a high-volume environment during rapid organizational growth. Furthermore, as a leader of my team, which consists of TA Partners, I provide guidance, support, and training to enhance their performance and productivity.Additionally, I focus on developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies and campaigns to attract top-tier talent, utilizing recruitment software/tools to track, manage, and report on recruitment metrics and KPIs.
