As the People Lead for some of our key Practices, I established a community of People Managers to improve the employee experience for over 500 associates in North America. The People Managers grew in skill and scale through a supportive network and improved processes. My experience with talent development opened the door to being the Program Manager for our North America Campus hire (Nurture) program – chartered to grow our Next Generation Talent across Financial Services.
