As the CEO and the design engineer, my responsibilities were, Design and sourcing of the Arena/Stage of the show venue and all 3D elements required for the show. Artist collaboration and onboarding, Sponsorship Acquisition, Marketing, and Financing for the shows. I was also instrumental in partnering up with JIO Tesseract of Reliance Industries to develop and deploy a sample VR concert for their upcoming JIO-Glass. Show less

  Trimatic Studios built online Exhibitions/Marketplaces for MSMEs and small business owners who were heavily impacted by Covid during the first wave and helped create an online presence for 500+ Vendors across India during different online exhibitions. We managed to achieve 250,000+page hits with an 18,000+ unique customer base which gave a business of more than Rs. 10 Lakhs to all the vendors who participated in the different exhibitions that happened every month in 2020. My core responsibilities were Product Design and Project management of all the exhibitions.Facilitating the Onboarding of all vendors and training them to use the platform to its full potential.Social Media, Email, Phone Marketing, Client acquisition, RFPs and all business-facing responsibilities. For years now, Accenture has been one of the top SAP partners and continue to excel in providing groundbreaking solutions to our clients. Pratheek was a part of the Intelligence Platform Services team, mainly the SAP Ariba AMS team at Accenture for client Baker Hughes, responsible for monitoring activities and troubleshooting priority issues in the Accounts Payable team. (Invoicing and Invoice re-conciliation processes). Pratheek was also responsible for helping new recruits onboard the project efficiently and helping them setup their access to all the client systems. An active part in the monitoring of Direct POs which are integrated with ERP and Ariba which is integrated via Cloud Integration Gateway and Ariba Network. He is also experienced in trouble shooting errors related to Purchase Orders stuck in between these systems. Summary: *Analyzed and reported on purchase order failures for over 1 million POs created annually, resulting in a 300% reduction in weekly failure counts within one year.*Troubleshot and resolved root causes for 100+ cases each quarter while documenting resolutions to improve future processes.*Built Expertise in the Invoice failures on Ariba B&I and Vendor management issues on Ariba Network.*Managed and solved work and change incidents for our client, with a team of 35+ SAP consultants while organizing team bonding practices, improving onboarding efficiency, and increasing productivity during the COVID-19 pandemic.   The second wave of covid bought hell to the nation with unavailable beds, oximeters, ventilators and oxygen concentrators. A team of young, passionate volunteers from mangalore, decided upon ourselves to build a community of covid warriors who were round the clock ready to help all our fellow Mangaloreans in need by providing real-time information on all the needs for a patient in severe need. We built an online real-time database of all available hospital beds in Mangalore for anyone to see and contact for booking. The website had options to enquire about and book ventilator beds, oxygen concentrators, oximeters and even home cooked meals across mangalore. We helped every single citizen with no discrimination in status, religion, caste or political influence. We built a war-room to actively connect the ones in need to the ones who were ready to help. While some in-humane parts of the society were charging 2X and 3X for the equipments and beds, we were out there trying to work with local municipal bodies to provide the needy with the best available resources in time of need. We built a quick action team which on ground would help the donors of plasma and blood connect with the ones who were in need and could afford the plasma treatment. The website has since been taken down after the second wave. But our community still remains to this day, now connecting blood donors with ones in urgent need. Show less
