      EDI Coordinator

I came to this position with no knowledge of the EDI system. In 3 years I had grown to not only learn the EDI software and processes, but also was involved in shipping and customer service as well. My job was to work with some of our biggest clients to process their orders via the EDI system and then schedule them to be shipped on several different freight carriers. During my time here I essentially eliminated the loss of revenue from charge-backs due to errors in the EDI process. I was laid off due to the downturn in the housing market, Show less
