  At CopilotForce, we decided to use our own platform Techtonik.AI, a conversational AI platform with voice and chat capabilities, to solve one of our challenges in updating, managing and actually getting some productivity out of our Salesforce license spend. We wanted to build something which would make our lives easier, 1) Adding real-time contextual data to Leads, Accounts, Deals, Opportunities.2) "Hey Mark, Research mode" triggers a world powered by OpenAI, to offer best of capabilities in OpenAI and its ecosystem (e.g. Weather, travel, banking, and general use cases) 3) Seamlessly connecting various data sources to create real-time contextual information (e.g. Linkedin, Twitter, Dun & Bradstreet, CDP Engines etc.)4) Lead/Contact management, scheduling meetings, sending emails, attaching and searching contextual notes5) Note taking, action item taking in team/client calls/meetings, monitoring and following up on actions items, searching notes of previous meetings etc.6) At Dreamforce event, meeting people, adding leads, seamlessly connecting Linkedin, creating notes and actions items (schedule follow up meeting or send a mail etc.) - all real-time7) Opportunity management - I needed a faster and real-time way to update deals, and especially next steps to closing deals8) Salesforce, Einstein and Tableau have powerful features, but look complicated.
