  I am engaged as a Morrisby Accredited Career Consultant with the Career Education Association of Victoria (CEAV) to deliver the Department of Education & Training's (DET) My Career Insights Program. My Career Insights is a program for all Year 9 students (or equivalent in specialist settings) in Victorian Government secondary schools. The program is part of a suite of career education reforms implemented by the DET in 2019. As a Morrisby-Accredited Careers Counsellor, I engage Year 9 secondary students who have completed the Morrisby Profile and deliver one on one unpacking interviews both onsite and remotely.Working closely with Year 9 secondary students from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds, I build strong rapport with each student to discuss and their results from their Morrisby Profile. This includes supporting students to discover, develop and drive their career planning, as well as providing students with the opportunity to learn more about and understand their strengths and abilities while exploring potential career and study options.
