Confirm warrant hits on behalf of the Florida Parole Commission after normal business hours from a certified validation report. Maintain liaison with local, state and nation criminal justice agencies by means of telephone, terminal, and written correspondence to substantiate pertinent information for referral to executive staff. Support criminal justice agencies representatives and all law enforcement agencies inquiring on issues regarding the Department of Corrections by referral and contact of appropriate personnel. Ensure confidentiality of inmate information is observed so that restricted information is not divulged to unauthorized individuals. Responsible for monitoring the operation of the remote printer at all times during the shift.
