      Respond immediately to all incoming NCIC/FCIC communications and take further action as deemed appropriate. Support criminal justice agencies representatives and all law enforcement agencies inquiring on issues regarding the Department of Corrections by referral and contact of appropriate personnel. Ensure confidentiality of inmate information is observed so that restricted information is not divulged to unauthorized individuals. Responsible for monitoring the operation of the remote printer at all times during the shift.
