  A strategic HR business partner accountable for leading HR services across the group of companies supporting 700+ geographically dispersed employees across multiple industry sectors including Cinemas, Cinema Advertising, Cinema Content Production and Distribution, Restaurants, Car Parks, Engineering and Consultancy Services. I single-handedly created a new HR division within the business, set up all new systems, infrastructures, policies and procedures, and recruited a high-performance team that expanded to 15 FTE to meet evolving business demands. I forged strong relationships with senior business stakeholders and became a key business partner providing strategic support and HR insight across key decision making and annual planning processes.During my tenure with the business, the role continuously evolved as the privately owned company took on new ventures, and my remit expanded to incorporate multiple additional organisations including parking lots in London, a cinema advertising company, restaurant, a cinema chain, software company, and engineering and consultancy service provider. So, whilst my employer was primarily in the cinema sector, I have been exposed to a wide range of industry sectors and have been responsible for leading a variety of HR projects including TUPE, redundancy, contract harmonisation, Mergers & Acquisitions, recruitment, talent engagement, performance management, pay and benefits to name a few. I have been responsible for all HR elements across the group, for the entire employee lifecycle from recruitment to exit interviews.
