      As junior HR specialist I build up the HR structure and introduced people development topics to the Austrian subsidary of Merz Pharmaceuticals. My main responsibilities were the definition, implementation and roll out of recruiting processes incl. On- and Offboarding of Employees. Roll out and definition of appraisal interviews, apprentice- & traineeship rotation plans, design and implementation of a flexible working hours concept in alignment with the Austrian Labour Law. Consulting the CEO's of Merz Pharmaceuticals and Merz Consumer Care in talent management and succession planning and introduction of leadership development programms as well as defining compay principles and supporting the external payroll services as single point of contact.
