  Led a geographically disbursed team, providing services to clients, User experience practice, &mentoring & managing a team of 12 direct and indirect reports. Proof of concepts & other deliverables. Conducted usability training for team and clients on information architecture & usability processes. I was promoted due to stellar work and also entrusted responsibility for the User research and usability testing sub center of excellence.-Oracle Financial Services — User Experience of complete Risk management Product. Was part of the winning bid for the UX revamp and implementation at client location in Australia. Created Personas, understood business requirements, sketched alternate solutions, created detailed wireframes for complete user flows and validated with Subject matter experts.-US Government, Healthcare Payer Systems—UX lead in a team of up to 25 Information Architects, visual designers and web developers. Did card sorts for organizing application content, validated with usability tests. Was retained by the clients to provide User centered design training for their team. We did a pilot project with one module where the Business analysts were given hands on and theoretical training. Ownership of key modules where I was responsible for reviewing work deliverables, handling and solving escalations.-JPMC, Collateral management system—User research with more than 12 hours of interviews and condensed findings, analyzed impacts and gave recommendations. Derived the information architecture from a remote card sort. Sorted 180+ pages into 4 major sections and made a scalable Information Architecture.
