Work directly with other Paralympic Division team members to track Games staff background checks and organize all Paralympic Games and Parapan American Games selection procedure timelines, deadlines and files.- Provide on-site support to designated sports at the Paralympic and Parapan American Games as assigned.- Manage and track Paralympic NGB/HPMO performance against annual milestones and Performance Partnership Agreement (PPA) accountabilities. - Contribute to the overall planning and sport development planning of the Paralympic division.
