While I have to work with thousands of people each week, I must handle customer complaints or issues with care and attempt to provide the unhappy customers with a good experience despite their troubled experience.   As the assistant manager, I take care of all company finances and am in charge of all ground activities to ensure that both pilots have all of the necessary equipment and information to fly our customer's fields. I also make sure that anybody who is helping on the ground is doing their job safely, accurately and efficiently to better assist our pilots and operation. I handle all of the scheduling and I meet with each customer, making sure that information is correct and special application instructions are followed. I work exclusively with DynaNav, a dynamic navigation and mapping system to create and upload thousands of jobs to our pilots' computer systems that are located inside of their planes. I update the company records daily and am responsible for the accounts receivable sector of the business through Quickbooks Online. Additionally, I further monitor the health of the business account and ensure all bills are paid. When I am not taking care of my duties in the office I am out in the field tendering the aircrafts - filling with fuel, washing windows, loading with chemical, etc. Show less

  As a graduate assistant for the strength and conditioning program at Michigan Tech, attended all lifting session for the university’s sport teams. I was expected to have all equipment prepared for each team, as well as make sure teams were warming up, lifting and cooling down properly. I worked exclusively with the head of the strength and conditioning program to provide the best training as possible for each individual team and athlete. As a graduate assistant for the volleyball team, I attended practices, games, meetings and film sessions while providing constructive feedback and guidance to the players so they could reach their goals individually and as a team. I was committed to providing a safe and healthy environment, for not only my athletes, but all athletes by enforcing the rules of Michigan Tech's policies and procedures as well as the student-athlete code of conduct.
