  ● Managed the development of a lower-end, drop-off catering program, significantly expanding the company's service offerings.- Collaborated cross-functionally with teams including Design, Purchasing, Culinary, IT, Sales and Business Development to ensure seamless project execution.- Provided routine progress and pain-point updates to the CBO, ensuring transparency and alignment with company-wide strategic goals.- Successfully kept the project on schedule, consistently meeting key deadlines throughout all phases to our mid-October launch.- Directed the sales process, demonstrating strong leadership in driving both initial revenue growth ($10k) and leading product tastings resulting in new customer acquisition.● Created and implemented an on-site food rescue initiative aimed at minimizing edible waste from events.- Conducted thorough evaluations of potential partner organizations and selected Rescuing Leftover Cuisine (RLC) based on their commitment and capabilities.- Worked closely with our Operations, Booking, and Culinary departments to optimize the processes for food collection and donation.- Collaborated with RLC to obtain and utilize donation statistics, such as pounds of food saved and carbon offset numbers in marketing materials- As the project grew, I trained a team of four sales administrators and the director of operations to help support the expanding program and ensure that all eligible events had food rescue arranged.- As of December 2023 we had saved 394lb’s of edible food from the trash and 918lb’s of C02 from the atmosphere.
