  As an Instructional Coordinator and Central Office Administrator at San Diego Unified School District, I led key initiatives enhancing educational strategies and systems. I co-led the integration of high school interns in the "Vision 2030" project, gaining valuable community insights for future education planning. My role was crucial in literacy asset mapping across 180 schools, identifying strengths and areas for improvement, and shaping recommendations for the school board. I developed and implemented a district-wide Social, Emotional, Academic Integration program, incorporating comprehensive curriculum and resource development. My data-driven approach was instrumental in assisting administrative teams to establish equitable learning systems. Additionally, I organized professional development for over 6,000 educators, focusing on quality teaching practices and inclusive learning environments, and led anti-bias workshops for 200+ staff members. I also collaborated with UCSD Extension to design and deliver ten Micro-Credential courses for educator accreditation.
