  Managing cross-border rail project. Working with overseas counterparts to ensure project is delivered on time and within budget. Launched the first tenders for operators to manage Thomson-East Coast Line (TEL) retail and advertising businesses. The launching of this tender has significantly increased the LTA's TEL retail and advertising revenue. Lead various other first-of-its-kind commercial projects that would boost the public transport financial sustainability. Lead the design team to create the first integrated in-house design Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) station in the heart of Punggol Digital District. My role involved managing the development of infrastructure design through planning, project coordination and stakeholders engagement. (e.g Urban Redevelopment Agency). I'm able to work quickly, independently and manage various stakeholders with multiple requirements. Adept in ISO14001, My job scope involved developing and implementing environmental regulatory standards in LTA construction sites. Together with a team, I've developed the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) Framework for LTA, which would guide consultants meet LTA's standards for EIA. Impact of this include detailed EIA study for the Singapore Bukit Brown project and MRT lines from Downtown Line onwards (e.g. Thomson East Coast Line).
