Collect data and work with internal technical team to do research on complex issues and issues affecting large number of users. Do research on issues reported by client and verify the possibility of any known bug. Replicate the issues if possible and report to the development team in order to get the bug fixed. Find out possible workaround of issues affecting large set of users till the time a fix is made available by the development team. Ensure that new release contains a valid fix of problem reported to client and re-escalate to the dev team in case of any discrepancy.ION Pre Sell Environment (IPSE) Support maintains production like integrated solutions on cloud and physical machines.
