  I was promoted within Turner Broadcasting (now Warner Bros. Discovery) to provide technical vision and direction during a period of transformation and growth—building out a powerful and supportable infrastructure while navigating three large-scale mergers in five years.In this role, I oversee onshore and offshore talent, including hiring and coaching up to 20 direct-report contractors outside of the United States. My team is accountable for creating, optimizing, enhancing, and supporting the systems and software required for enterprise-level financial planning and consolidation.For the AT&T and WarnerMedia mergers, I led back-end IT strategy and architecture to bring the new companies onto the existing infrastructure and create an ongoing series of financial reports: pre-merger, post-merger, and combined…plus a consolidated version for the parent company.However, the more recent M&A with Warner Bros. Discovery required a different approach—an entirely new infrastructure involving the transition from on-premises to cloud.A few highlights:• Selected the new software suite: Oracle Cloud EPM.• Appointed as trusted liaison between the implementation partner (consulting firm) and company, as well as finance teams around the world, to steer all phases of this high-stakes initiative—to create a single, cohesive financial planning and forecasting solution for the global enterprise.• Introduced rigorous standards and established a game-changing Code Review Board to ensure consistency, supportability, and scalability of all new EPM releases—now and in the future.• Recognized for providing hands-on and strategic leadership for technical matters, such as overseeing user acceptance testing, identifying and addressing bugs, accelerating enhancements, and ensuring customer alignment.
