  Achievements/Tasks • Provide case management services to persons with specific needs (PWSN) to respond to their immediate needs, but also to strengthen their resilience and to support the adoption of positive coping mechanisms. • Implement a new approach for case management based on creating community-based solutions. • Provide counselling services to Persons Forced to Flee (PFF); inform and help them access themselves available services and assistances. • Respond to emergency cases and run the 24-hour helpline. • Conduct risk rating assessment in order to identify the PWSN and prioritize cases for follow-up. • Conduct household visit and fill the comprehensive vulnerability assessment, taking in consideration environmental, social and emotional factors that might affect the well-being of the PFF. • Develop with the PWSN specific action plan so, through a combination of direct support and referrals, to organize a way to empower and build self-reliance in an appropriate systematic and timely manner. • Refer cases to the needed services, respecting data protection protocol while sharing information. Work closely with different INGOs focal points, local authorities and partners to provide various interventions: Medical, WASH, Shelter, Protection, Legal, Education and Livelihoods.• Provide Emergency Cash Assistance (ECA) and submit Protection Cash Assistance Program (PCAP) requests for vulnerable refugees according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Manage cash based services in order to prevent duplication of assistances while considering food security, shelter adequacy, and various safety measures. • Monitor and review the implementation of the action plan while doing the necessary updates in order to achieve the goal and end the protection incident. • Prepare progress weekly and monthly reports according to the project’s indicators. • Track funds availability and provide activities/services accordingly.
