  I provided support to the Line Manager, as well as to the rest of the Team (CM France and GM Iberia), by:(i) adapting the internal toolkits to the Executive requests of analysis and comparison against BDG/3+9 plan,(ii) keeping track of the expected Landing Vs BDG (YTD/YTG) by Market, SKU, Month(iii) monitoring/identifying risks and opportunities.I have been providing weekly insights on Actual Sales and the re-forecasting analysis on SKU/Country level and a required short narrative of the monthly landing figures.By reporting the updated landing figures directly to the Line Manager and the Iberia & France GM by every mid-week, I contributed to ensure adherence to the internal timelines as well as a solid preparation for the Weekly Review Sales Meeting.By attending bi-weekly alignments with the Supply Chain reference contact for the Direct/Export Markets, I kept track of volumes delivered/expected to be delivered against POs, by product/Country (Italy and Spain), for each of the established partnerships.To enhance our Italian Partners visibilities on the foreseen deliveries (ETA/Qnty of Pallets/Packs Expected) and streamline the communications among all the Parties, I’ve requested Supply Chain and Logistic Team to get included in the e-mail chains of pre-booking of the Italian Partners’ product portfolio shipments.Every month, to be able to track the monthly inventory level of each Partner’ product portfolio, I ensured the actual sales data along with the closing stock were shared properly.By attending Monthly meetings with Supply Chain reference contact for each Market, I ensured to:(i) keep track of any replenishment planned for each SKU in OOS/shortage, (ii) review and discuss the current demand forecast, and (iii) identify any emerging trends or patterns due to opportunity or loss.
