I handle AP / process expense reports for 3 principals whose clients each ranged from 5 to 10 at a times. Paid Media bills, and handled direct deposits for all employees expense reports. Processed and paid travel bills (hertz, avis, hotel etc.) for the company. Dealt with the year end process on media. Covered for my boss when he was out, he handles the cash flow for the company (daily cash reports, wires out going and incoming, deposits etc.) I learned a variety of things during my 10 years with The Richards Group.   I am the HR/ Office Manager here at Cavin's Construction. I also deal with contracts, sub contractors, bids and insurance. As well as day to day normal office routine. (ordering supplies, setting up employee company phones, iPads, computers and email). Before I left Cavins Construction I was overseeing the Safety Management of the Job-sites.
