      As a Crew Trainer in McDonald's you have some extra responsibilities. They cover the following three areas; PEOPLE As a Crew Trainer, you provide relevant training to develop Crew and regular feedback on performance. This ensures Crew are offered continuous development to help keep them engaged and deliver better levels of QSC. These responsibilities include; Follow and reinforce basic people minimums (eg. uniforms, punctuality) Explain to Crew the ‘how to’ and ‘why’ behind McDonald’s policies and procedures Provide appreciative feedback for good performance and constructive feedback when required Recommend training needs to the restaurant’s Training Coordinator or Training Manager Support the Open Door policy by being available for Crew to come to you for help and advice RESTAURANT STANDARDS As a Crew Trainer, your role is to follow McDonald’s standards and reinforce these with Crew. This ensures that everyone is delivering the highest levels of customer service, in a clean and safe environment.
